First-party investment statement
More than $70 million stated across the full development period.
Marco Denis states that his cumulative investment across acquisition, financing, construction, renovation, operations, and related development of Plaza Towers and Plaza Towers Center exceeded $70 million.
That complete cumulative amount is Denis’s historical statement. It is not a single independently audited total and is not attributed in full to Springfield Business Journal. Separate publisher-reported figures—such as the 2021 proposed $20 million renovation and the 2023 addition reported at more than $7 million—remain tied to their own dates and scopes.
